Amela Dizdarević-Bulja is a lawyer with over fifteen years of work experience. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo in 2006, when she began her continuous engagement in legal affairs, starting from legal trainee, associate, to head of legal affairs and secretary general. Her career was crowned by the opening of a law office in October 2022 (CV)

TARRIF
Lawyers in the FBiH cannot arbitrarily form the price of their services, therefore it is determined by the provisions of the Tariff on rewards and reimbursement of expenses for the work of lawyers (the Tariff) .
The Tariff is designed, as a rule, in the manner that the price of the service depends on the value of the subject of the dispute in civil proceedings, the value of the contract, the jurisdiction of the court in criminal or misdemeanor proceedings, etc., for each individual action
CThe price of the service in the Tariff is expressed in points, so it is calculated by multiplying the number of points by 3.00 KM (1 point = 3.00 KM). So, for example, if the value of an action is 80 points, it means that the price of the service is 240.00 KM (value-added tax is not included).
The lawyer can agree on the amount of the award with his client independently of the aforementioned rules, in one of the ways provided by the Tariff.
However, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Advocacy, it is stipulated that the reward to lawyers for assistance provided for representation before court or before another authority or for one legal action taken (in writing) cannot exceed one month's average personal income in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
